***************
The light of hope
cannot be extinguished.
Even in the most somber of times
when all about is gloom and doom
the tiny flicker that is hope
continues to illumine a small spot
in the heart of humankind..
It is said even at the bottom of
Pandora’s box, after she released
the evils, there remained
the light of hope
Of course we would think alike on this one .. uncanny and wonderful wrapped in one big gift!
ReplyDeleteWe are all feeling the same way today. Such relief to have hope again.
ReplyDeleteHope reigns today for sure. This is truly lovely Beverly!
ReplyDeleteThis is a good day indeed. I like your "light of hope." One of my hopes is that we never have another bully trying to extinguish it.
ReplyDelete..
Hope for the win!

Very good close Bev! There has to be the light at the end of the tunnel to survive trying times of the moment

I think it's good to remind ourselves that hope sometimes need searching out & that it can be covered over without being extinguished.
