surprised, I spied
a freewheeling fairy
gracefully gamboling today
eloquently enchanting
and adeptly agile
softly slipping away...
a nascent nymph
on a mystery mission
How delightful, Beverly, and the graphic is just right for it.

ReplyDeleteNicely done, Bev! All the ‘igh’ and ‘I’ sounds convey the surprise, and I love the idea of a ‘freewheeling fairy’, ‘a nascent nymph / on a mystery mission’ – great use of alliteration!
ReplyDeleteI like the thought that it is on a mystery mission.
ReplyDeleteand adeptly agile
ReplyDeletesoftly slipping away
Almost seen as a responsible being with definite directions out to do the expected good deed!
Hank
